What if my foot is between sizes?

If your foot falls between two of our IFAST sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller size, unless you have narrow ankles

Is it better to buy a pair or a single?

We always recommend choosing pairs to keep both ankles healthy.

When should I choose the IFAST instead of the XFAST?

If you are wearing hard-court shoes, choose IFAST. If your cleats are high-top or mid-top, choose IFAST.

What if I have wide feet or ankles?

If you have wide feet or ankles, move up one IFAST size.

What materials are in IFAST?

IFAST contains the following materials: thermoplastic polyurethane, neoprene, lycra, nylon, zinc, nickel, and leather.

Is FAST PDAC approved?

Yes, IFAST has an approved PDAC letter for HCPCS code(s) L1902.

Hand wash with lukewarm water and mild soap. Rinse well making sure to remove all soap residue as it can cause skin irritation and deterioration of the support. Air dry. Do not expose to direct heat or sunlight while drying to prevent shrinkage and damage to your support.
